Candice Swingle LMT

Candice’s lifelong passions include social and public health, including complementary medicine, helping to better the environment and the communities within it. She has professional experience in the mental and behavioral health fields and has previously managed group homes and provided care for individuals with disabilities. She was led to the field of Massage Therapy by a desire to help others find balance in their bodies and a pain-free life. Her goals are to aid in healing, relieve pain, and restore function as best as possible.

Since becoming a Massage Therapist in 2019, Candice has been dedicated to improving her clients’ physical and emotional health by working with them to find the best therapeutic approach for their individual needs. Creating a friendly and inclusive environment where others feel comfortable expressing themselves is her top priority.

She is experienced in many modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage and Stretching. She is currently studying Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and is certified in John Barnes’ Myofascial Release. Candice is drawn to Myofascial work due to the extensive healing it can provide both physically and otherwise to her clients.
