Located in a blue "L" shaped office strip at the corner of Edgewater Drive and Maxwell Street in the south end of the College Park, Orlando, Shopping District - near Lake Adair, 3/4 of a mile north of Colonial Drive (SR50).

Easy to find from all of the following Zip Code Areas FL 32804, FL 32808, FL 32811, FL 32805, FL 32801, FL 32803 and FL 32789 and close to Downtown Orlando, Winter Park and Thornton Park CFL, FL, Florida

From Colonial Drive:

From North Edgewater:

Take exit #84, Ivanhoe Blvd.

Coming from I-4 West-bound, turn left from the exit onto Lakeview St.

Coming from I-4 East-bound, follow the exit and stay in the center lane as it becomes Lakeview St.

Take Lakeview St to the end and turn right on Edgewater Drive.  The second (2nd) street on the left is Maxwell St.

Edgewater is located at the traffic light between I-4 and Parramore on Colonial.  Turn North (you can only go North) on to Edgewater.

Maxwell St. will be the seventh (7th) street on the Left (3 streets after Lake Adair).

Head South on Edgewater, past Princeton Street.  The second (2nd) traffic light after Princeton St. is Dartmouth.  Maxwell St. will be the seventh (7th) street on the Right, after Dartmouth.
