Rolfing® Structural Integration
& Rolf Movement Practitioner

Lu started her career in alternative medicine in Germany as a naturopathic physician.
In addition to Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially Acupuncture, she used a variety of bodywork techniques:
Neuromuscular and Trigger Point techniques, TuiNa (traditional Chinese massage), Reflexology, stretches and strengthening exercises, and other manual therapy styles.
As a specialist for back problems Lu was successfully treating sciatic pain, tense neck and shoulders and the resulting headaches, vertigo and tinnitus.
Her ambition to help her patients further led her to Being in Balance®
Movement Exercises for better posture, balance and coordination as well as more strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Lu came to the US in 2006 to study Rolfing Structural Integration.
For her, it is not another bodywork technique - it's more a way of looking at the body and determining which techniques will have the best results.
In her treatments and consultations Lu makes use of her extensive education and experience in order to achieve permanent changes in her client's posture and movement - towards not only a painfree, but an overall healthier life.
