A native Australian, Meredith has been a massage therapist for over 10 years graduating first as a Remedial Sports Massage Therapist from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (Sydney, Australia) in 2001 and again--after moving permanently to the US-- from the Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy, here in Orlando, Florida.

After many years performing on international opera stages, Meredith turned her intimate knowledge of the body & musculature as it affects professional performers to the study of the body across a range of demands. As an enthusiastic runner, yoga advocate, and keen swimmer, she has been able to incorporate her experience in all of these facets to produce a truly holistic approach to massage.
