Balance Massage and Structural Bodywork

As experienced, well-educated and ambitious therapists we enjoy providing high-quality bodywork.

We offer medical massages to reduce stress, pain and tension - our members see great results even if they just come in for one massage every month as part of their wellness routine.

In case you experience chronic pain due to tense muscles, it would be best if we can see you every week until you feel better.

For details please see Balance Membership.

Our Rolfing practitioner Lu Mueller-Kaul gives free consultations to show you what you can do to help yourself and advise you on the most efficient treatment plan.

You can schedule by phone 407 704 8867 or email info(AT)balanceorlando.com

ROLFING® Structural Integration

Rolfing® is a system of myofascial release techniques and movement education that organizes the whole body in gravity. Rolfing affects the body’s posture and structure by manipulating the connective tissue (fascia).

Research has demonstrated that Rolfing creates more efficient muscle use, allows the body to conserve energy, and creates more economical and refined patterns of movement. Rolfing has also been shown to significantly reduce chronic stress, reduce spinal curvature in subjects with lordosis (sway back), and enhance neurological functioning.

Typically, your first experience with Rolfing will be with ten sessions - the Ten-Series, a systematic approach to aligning your structure; each session builds upon the last and prepares the body for the next.

Rolfing sessions cost $110 and vary in length between 60 and 90 minutes.

Massages

All our therapists have more than a basic massage education and blend different techniques and styles into a thoroughly relaxing experience. You can ask for specific Deep Tissue techniques - or you just say what you‘d like the focus of the session to be on and leave the choice of modalities to the therapist.

When you call us to schedule your appointment (407 704 8867), you can ask the receptionist about individual therapist's strengths to make sure we find the right person to give you exactly the massage you need.

Usually it's best to schedule appointments a few days in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate requests on short notice as well.
